• CMM ARENA is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
• CMM ARENA is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
• While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
• Cash on Delivery option might be available on some products For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
• Buyer has to pay any entry tax, octroi or any entry fee if applicable in the state or by any municipality/local panchyat where the goods are being delivered. Courier Company will be submitting a proper receipt of such payment made to the agency involved by the government for collecting such taxes.
• All HEAVY ELECTRONICS & FURNITURE products are shippable only in Goa, however HEAVY ELECTRONICS & FURNITURE are shippable across India only if shipping charges are borne by the customer.
• HOME DECOR , BED & BATH , KITCHEN & DINING is shippable across India except Glass Items.
• Cash On Delivery available for all products exceeding the minimum order amount, i.e., 5000/- only in Goa.
• No Cash On Delivery will be available for Heavy Appliances & Furniture for orders outside Goa.

Delivery and Handling Charges Details

1. Delivery Charges :- Please find below the delivery charges that need to be collected as per Range of KM ( KM in calculation with regards to delivery and back )

2. Free Delivery: - Free delivery is exempted on a single billed invoice above 1 lakh Rs. But the customer will have to pay the Handling charges Floor wise as per the list below.
3. Handling Charges: - Please find below the Handling charges that needs to be charged as per the floor.

Note:

• After 7^th Floor each additional floor 200 Rs ( This price is with reference to product that can be carried by 2 person )
• Heavy material such as Heavy Safe and locker and Heavy wardrobe which requires addition labour will have to charge additional as per requirement.
• Additional handling charges should be charged if the delivery point to the place of installation is far or the vehicle access point is not available to the desired location.
• If additional loaders are required needs to be informed to the concerned department so that it can be arranged well in advance.
